 The purpose of this letter is to express my deep respect and awe at the service level I have witnessed over the years that Ginni gives her clients in the real estate business.  I have worked with dozens and dozens of agents in the past looking for homes or investment properties and Ginni by far exceeds them all. Good gosh, she even returns all her phone calls!!!! That is something I’m sad I can’t say of about half the agents I’ve contacted.

Anyway, long story short, she has assisted me in buying about half million in real estate, a 100-acre ranch and a beautiful lake home, since I have known her.  She has a keen eye for the details and works very hard to make sure a fair deal is struck and all parties involved are more than satisfied.  When it comes to putting together photos and a presentation of a property for MLS listings she makes sure all the special features of the property for sale are highlighted and the listing looks extremely professional.

I actually met Ginni responding to a few of her (superbly prepared) MLs listing presentations that caught my eye.  It made me appreciate the properties and locations she had listed.  I bought my first property through her within a week.   Please note I was 120 miles from the listing.  Ginni had the foresight to advertise in the Houston market where I live.  When I did a simple browse of east Texas, her listing was one of the first to come up. Very few of the other east Texas agents came up.  If they did advertise, they were not as proficient at reaching the customer as Ginni.

Anyhow, in closing, as far as I’m concerned, Ginni hung the moon when it comes to real estate.  I personally think anyone who wants to be the best agent would be lucky to have her as a mentor (she’s that good!).  She knows the business and how to succeed. She never shirks and always works. Plainly put, she inspires me and those around her.
